The Company is engaged in development, manufacturing, and marketing of solar photovoltaic (PV) products based on its proprietary and patent-pending technology. The Company’s products enable a significant value proposition as compared to traditional methods with reference to PV installation and commissioning. The Company has applied for a number of US and international patents and several additional patents are presently in preparation. The Company is presently engaging selected strategic partners in residential and commercial markets.
